In one recent case, we recovered $5.1 million for the victim of a traumatic brain injury.* We have also obtained many other verdicts and settlements on behalf of injury victims. In criminal cases, we have won “not guilty” verdicts and reduced sentences for a number of clients.
In one case, we recovered $5.1 million for a victim of a traumatic brain injury, resulting from a tractor trailer crash. We interviewed countless witnesses including schoolteachers, experts, and utilized a Life Care Plan to adequately establish damages for our client.
In a motorcycle accident case, the initial offer was $30,000. We ultimately settled the case for $875,000.
On another case, one firm wanted our client to accept a $35,000 for the client. The client then hired us, and we recognized that the client incurred significant wage loss and loss of future earnings. We worked closely with a forensic economist and as a result, were able to settle the case for $675,000.
In a wrongful death case, another firm told the family that all they could get was $40,000, and they were barred from any additional pain and suffering, due to the law. Through extensive research and investigation, we were able to find a loophole and secure the surviving family members $500,000.
